Sample Invite:
The Parish Council will be hosting a Parish meeting in May, where members of the community can present their community activities to the local community.
The meeting will be on 4th May at 7.00pm to 7.30pm online via zoom, so a presentation could be in any form from a photo slideshow, to a short video or a introduction from a speaker. I’m expecting about 5 minutes would be a suitable slot for most groups. We hope to record the meeting and make it available on our website for further visitors to see.
May we invite you to contribute a 5 minute slot, which could be a mix of an introduction in person via zoom along with a video or slideshow of your activities. If this is something you would be willing to contribute, please let me know and I will reserve a slot for you in the meeting.
