One off events – parties and events for both residents and visitors:
£39 for up to 3 hours
Each hour thereafter £10.00 per hour
Other bookings spanning more than one day by arrangement.
Security deposit: £125 payable at time of booking, or by at least two weeks before the event, refundable after event subject to booking terms.
Regular weekly hirers for events / activities open to local residents:
£13.00 per hour for first 3 hours per week,
£10.00 per hour thereafter.
There is a £125 key deposit required for regular users. This is refundable on return of the keys.
Charities: Regular weekly hirers for community groups (charity / not for profit).
£11.00 per hour for first 3 hours per week,
£9.00 per hour thereafter.

Playing Field Hire
The playing field can be hired separately from the village hall for organised activities. Hire of the playing field does not include use of the village hall.
Hire rates for small group activities are normally £5 per hour. For regular sports hire of the playing field, please refer to football hire prices.
Hire charges for larger activities and ticketed events are normally at the same rates as hire for the village hall.
The playing field can be used informally by the public for activities, normally without charge. Where the playing field has been hired for an organised event, these activities have priority of use.
Please note that hire of the playing field does not provide exclusive access to the playing field with regard to the public, however, we expect the public to be sensitive and not interfere with any organised events. During any event hire, the playing field continues to remain open to the public, with a public right of way at the south east edge of the field, walking routes around the edge of the field and a childrens play area.
