The surrounding wall appears to be double skin with a brick exterior and painted breeze interior, the exact specification to be checked by the contractor. The contractor will be required to check the building specification to match the existing wall and comply with any relevant building regulations.
There are two wall sections to replaced. Optional extras are also required to be included as seperate options in the quotation. These include a double glazed double door, a double glazed window and a security shutter to be installed as detailed.

Thinking about the window option for the rear, it would probably be cheapest* (and nicest) to have the window full width, openers on either side, big panel (the same width as the double doors) in the middle.
Need to specify that doors and windows will (presumably) be double glazed UPVC, White on White, lockable from the inside.
* on the assumption that fitting glazing is cheaper than brickwork.
Drawing and spec has been updated accordingly
