Fwd: High Littleton & Hallatrow Neighbourhood Plan

I write to inform you that we are consulting on the pre-submission draft of the High Littleton & Hallatrow Neighbourhood Development Plan. We are hereby seeking your views on the draft plan as part of the statutory “Regulation 14” Consultation.

A hard copy of the plan can be made available to you if required by contacting the High Littleton Parish Clerk (details below). 

The pre-submission consultation period runs for six weeks. Please return any comments/representations to us by 25th July 2023.

Representations can be made by completing the attached questionnaire and returning it to the Parish Clerk or by emailing or writing to the Clerk directly with your comments (details below).

Following this consultation, the plan will be reviewed in the light of comments received and, if necessary, amended. It will then be submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council for further consultation and subsequent examination by an Independent Examiner. If the plan passes Examination it is sent to Referendum by B&NES Council. If the plan receives a majority vote, it will then become part of the statutory process for the consideration and determination of planning applications within the parish.
