APPENDIX OF BUSINESS PROGRESSED AFTER THE MEETING
In accordance with standing order 5.2, The Clerk in consultation with the Chairman and Cllr Warden progressed the following business that was considered essential to the continued running of the council:
2022-04_7. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Clerk in consultation with the Chairman and Cllr Warden considered the email responses to all three planning applications received from other members and agreed there was a consensus of agreement to delegate the following responses to the Clerk:

Proposal: Erection of a dwelling and ancillary works.

Parish Council Conditions:
- The loss of on street parking that is currently used by residents is to be considered in the suitability of the planning design.
- The developers agree to maintain the access road to the original condition.
- The new housing should be of high energy efficiency.
- There should be the supply of three rapid car charging points, one charging point for each parking bay, along with the installation of any necessary 3 phase electricity supply for rapid electric charging points.

2022-04_10. ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
The annual parish meeting of electors is planned just before the annual parish council meeting, on Tuesday 10th May 2022 at 7.00pm. The Clerk was requested to invite local residents to a meeting with cheese and wine. Local groups are invited to present details of local activities to the public at the annual parish meeting.
The Clerk in consultation with the Chairman and Cllr Warden approved the purchase of wine and cheese to be offered to members of the public at the annual parish meeting with a budget of up to £50 for 6 bottles of wine with cheese and crackers.
The parish meeting is an informal event for members of the parish open to all residents of the parish. The meeting is an opportunity for the community to hear about community activities and raise any questions regarding the community. Members of the community may also request a poll to be taken at the meeting regarding any community matter for the parish council to consider.
2022-04_12. POLICY REVIEWS
The Clerk in consultation with the Chairman and Cllr Warden agreed that the current schemes of delegation to the Clerk should be extended until review at the next meeting:
