The scheduled meetings of the Parish Council take place on the second Wednesday of the month and start at 7.30pm at Temple Cloud Village Hall.
Meetings are open to the public and there is a dedicated public participation section at the start of each meeting where residents are welcome to raise matters with the Parish Council. The rest of the meeting is closed to public participation, but residents are welcome to stay for the full duration of the meeting.
Advisory Group / Working Party meetings are not open to the public as working parties meet to discuss and progress projects and take recommendations to a Parish Council Meeting. If there is an issue you wish to be raised or considered by the Parish Council, please contact the Clerk.
