- Motor Insurance for the mower has been renewed with a new provider with a lower priced quotation.
- Chocks, chain and padlock were ordered to secure the lawn roller in the playing field.
- Topsoil has been prepared and sown with grass seed on the site of the pavilion completing the demolition contract.
- The annual internal audit has been completed and the report has been received – see section below.

Three insurers have quoted with reference to the asset register and with reference to our previous insurance cover, quotes range from £1899.13 to £2533.09.
TO RESOLVE: To approve the council insurance quotation with a three year long term agreement.
TO RESOLVE: Insurance payment by bank transfer of £1899.13 to BHIB (or up to £2533.09 for other insurers).

TO RESOLVE: Application for S106 Contribution 10/04515/FUL £7,628.74 towards costs of installing accessible planters with supporting insfrastructure for community food growing project. This fund is restricted in what it may be spent on and has a spend by date of 25/11/2021.
